Closure of 80th & Greenwood intersection postponed this weekend

This weekend’s planned closure of the intersection at North 80th Street and Greenwood Avenue North has been postponed because of expected heavy rains. Seattle Department of Transportation will instead close the intersection the following two weekends – Oct. 28-31 and Nov. 4-7 – as part of its project to completely rebuild the intersection.

The work is part of a year-long project to repave North/Northwest 85th Street and Greenwood Avenue North.
