PEPS (Program for Early Parent Support) is starting a new location of its Baby Peppers group for parents of infants aged 5-12 months. The weekly parenting support group will meet at the Phinney Neighborhood Association from 12-1:30 p.m. from Oct. 6 – Dec. 22.
Cost is $155, but PEPS offers income-based scholarships for 20-75 percent off.
