Greenwood Market has signed a lease extension through June 1, 2012. The market’s lease had been set to expire in October 2011, but Greenwood Market Store Director Patty Nolan tells us they have signed an extension.
Neighboring Fred Meyer plans a down-to-the-studs remodel of its existing store and the Greenwood Market building as part of a major renovation.
