Scenes from the art walk

by | Jul 11, 2009

Here are a few random images from Friday’s monthly Art Up Greenwood-Phinney Art Walk:

Here are muralists Kristine and Ron Henshaw offering portraits outside SPACE: A Design Build Collective. And the Quixotic Classical Trio provided entertainment outside Strut.

And several businesses featured decorated birds from the March of the Penguins, including this one in the window at the Phinney Market.

Maybe it’s just us, but it seemed like there were fewer people out than usual last night. One artist and three young ladies who made the trek from Ballard and Capitol Hill noted as much too. Maybe there were too many other options on a perfect Seattle evening?

Anyway, the art walk is always the second Friday of the month. Maybe we’ll see you at the next one on Aug. 14.
