Hazel Salon & Organics at 5817 Phinney Ave. N. plans to open on Monday. Hazel will offer haircuts starting at $35, hair coloring starting at $60, blowouts and perms and foils, facials, and sugaring (hair removal). Online booking is available now.Â
Hazel Salon will be open 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Tuesday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday, and on Sunday and Monday by appointment.
