Santa Claus appearing daily on Phinney Ridge

by | Dec 8, 2020

We’re in this pandemic together, HO HO HO! And, a heart-warming, Christmasy chat with Santa Claus is an experience no good kid should have to miss out on.

So, this year, Santa has an entire snowglobe as his face mask. While he stays behind a clear barrier, you can stand outside of the snowglobe to talk to him and take your own pictures – sans mask if you like! Since Santa’s line can sometimes get long (he is Santa, after all) and there is some local pedestrian traffic, please wear masks while waiting in line or talking to Santa along with normal social distancing protocols.

Bring your camera or cell phone – and maybe even a friendly photographer if you want a pic with the entire family. Keep in mind that Santa’s Helpers cannot handle your phone, as we need to keep all the elves in the North Pole safe and Covid-free!

WHERE: Greenwood Ave N and 76th St, just North of Sip & Ship

WHEN: Every day until Dec. 23rd, from 11a to 5:30p – with possible extended hours closer to Christmas Day, as needed. Santa will also take a lunch break sometime around 2-2:30, give or take a few minutes one way or the other as breaks in the line allow for.

How much? FREE or donation! Santa, Mrs. Claus and all their various Elves & Helpers are committed to continuing this tradition of helping others during the season as long as possible. Learn more here.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Peace on Earth Goodwill Toward All!
