Ever noticed the magnificent lighted display on the air raid tower outside of the RidgeWood Bottle & Tap? Why, that’s the neighborhood GloCone, created by a group of our community members in 2014 to brighten up our evenings and kick off the holidays. Since then, these folks have upgraded the technology with 3200 lighter, brighter, and completely programmable LEDs. On Saturday November 27th, the Phinneywood GloCone will officially light up for the winter!
Bring the family for an evening of cheer, free hot cocoa and cookies, and caroling with the OK Chorale. One lucky kiddo will be chosen at random to officially light the GloCone as well. We have a permit to block off the busy intersection near the event for more space and safety this year.
