Local shopping guide adds more businesses – get your holiday gifts here in the neighborhood!

by | Dec 19, 2020

The inaugural Phinneywood Holiday Gift Guide, filled with thoughtful and unique items that support our beloved (and endangered) neighborhood businesses, has added a dozen new shops since debuting last week.

Tom Nissley, owner of Phinney Books, let us know “someone saw the three-volume fish guide in the Gift Guide and came in and bought it. Excellent response rate!”

In addition to stalwarts such as Phinney Books, Snapdoodle Toys, and Ken’s Market headlining the initial guide, more small businesses have joined in the fun. here are some favorites that caught our eye:

Fresh Flours Holiday Cookie Assortment
Doorstep delivery of Jon the Farmer’s 2021 harvest
Crystal Hair Clips from Hazel Salon
Cannoli for your puppy from Puddles Barkery
Fleur de Lait Botanical Bath Powder from rue Sante
Handmade wood slingshot with felt balls from Nutty Squirrel
