Comment period open on two large neighborhood development projects

As part of the City of Seattle’s Early Design Review required outreach process. Early Design Review gives planners, residents, and the professional volunteers serving on the Design Review Boards a voice in the design of most new multifamily and commercial buildings. This is an essential way to have your voice, concerns and considerations heard about what is happening in your neighborhood!

415 & 425 N 85th Street

This project proposes construction of a new six-story mixed-use building containing approximately 200 residential units and ground-floor commercial. Parking is not required, per city code.

The proposed development is 6-story residential building situated in 3,413 sf lot within a residential, midrise, multifamily zone in Phinney Ridge. The project comprises 28 small efficiency units with parking for 27 bicycles. An outdoor amenity area is planned for the roof level.
