The Department of Planning and Development will hold an Early Design Guidance meeting for a proposed seven-story structure with 14 residential units and two live-work units at 9532 Greenwood Ave. N. The site is currently an empty lot adjacent to a duplex and an apartment building.
Parking will be provided for eight vehicles.

The meeting is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 7, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
