City: No significant environmental impact from proposed 41-unit micro-housing development

The Department of Planning and Development has determined there will be no significant environmental impacts from a proposed development with 41 small efficiency dwelling units with no parking at 714 N. 95th St. The project will replace a building with three housing units.

The decision can be appealed. Appeals must be received by the Hearing Examiner by Oct. 26.
