Nutty Squirrel Gelato opening in Phinney Ridge on Aug. 1

by | Jul 10, 2015

Phinney Ridge residents Alev and Tolga Seymen are opening a second location of Nutty Squirrel Gelato at 7212 Greenwood Ave. N. , in the space formerly housing Labels Consignment (which recently moved two doors north). The Seymens plan to open on Aug. 1.
The Seymens have lived in Phinney Ridge for six years. Three years ago they opened their first Nutty Squirrel Gelato in Maple Valley.
Their gelato is made from scratch with traditional recipes and local ingredients. The menu changes seasonally. A list of gelato flavors currently being served will be on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. They also do catering with single-serve cups or five-liter pans for scooping.
“We are so excited that we found a great location in the heart of Phinney Ridge. We look forward to serving some delicious treats, and getting to know our neighbors. We are planning a fun space for the kiddos in the shop; I think they will love it!” Alev Seymen said in a press release.
