Coyle’s Bakeshop plans to open at 8300 Greenwood Ave. N. next Friday, March 13.
The shop’s hours will be 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday through Sunday of opening weekend. In addition to baked goods, the Bakeshop will serve espresso, light breakfast and lunch, and afternoon tea. You can follow updates and pictures of the inside on their Facebook page.
Coyle’s Bakeshop started as a pop-up bakery inside Fremont’s Book Larder in 2013 and proved to be very popular, with long lines on the weekends.
