Couth Buzzard Books Espresso Buono Cafe is hosting a Fat Tuesday celebration tonight with Cajun music and dance from Sassafras. The party is from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at 8310 Greenwood Ave. N.
Sassafras is Karen Kaser on fiddle, Isla Ross (vocal and fiddle), Melanie Shelton (‘Ti fer), and Catherine Alexander on guitar. (Check out a YouTube video of the group here.)
