Public meeting Sept. 14 for 6010 Phinney

by | Aug 29, 2009

The city Design Review Board will meet Sept. 14 to go over designs and take public comment for the 6010 Phinney project. The project would demolish the current building, housing Roosters, Chef Liao, Daily Planet Antiques and Phinney Ridge Cleaners, and build a new four-story building with 2,708 square feet of commercial at ground level and 18 residential units above.

We’ve reported on previous public meetings that got a little testy.
The meeting is set for 6:30-8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14, at the Ballard High School Library.
