The Phinney Neighborhood Association is throwing itself a big party and inviting everyone in the neighborhood to celebrate the PNA’s recent purchase of its long-time rental site and buildings.
The celebration is from 2-4 p.m on Sunday at the Phinney Center, 6532 Phinney Ave N.
There’ll be live music by the Phinney Community Chorus, Kid Pabo, Heimish Klezmer and The Shed Boys as well as juggling and silly bike riding, the Bubble Man, chalk art and more. At 3 pm, we’ll hear from our local dignitaries and enjoy cake and cookies.
A photo display will feature the Center and PNA programs and activities as well as materials and information about plans for upgrading and improving the Center buildings and site.
