Tangerine Thai opening next to Santa Fe Cafe

by | Oct 16, 2008

One of our readers sent us a photo today showing that Tangerine Thai Restaurant is moving into the space formerly occupied by Schultz Pottery, 5914 Phinney Ave. N.

Schultz Pottery closed up shop and moved out of the space last month.

Nick, the owner of the building, said he understands the people leasing the space hope to open around the end of this year, or early in 2009. He also said he’s had some interest in the neighboring space formerly occupied by the Phinney Market, but no takers yet. The fact the grocery store’s shelving and other equipment is still filling the space probably hasn’t helped.
