The Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center.
Two 36th District candidates – Noel Frame and Evan Clifthorne – will each have about 20 minutes to talk about their campaigns. The PRCC also will hear from proponents and opponents of the library levy that will be on the August ballot.
