PNA hosting blood drive on Wednesday

by | Jun 14, 2012

The Phinney Neighborhood Association is holding a blood drive from 1-7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, in classrooms 1 and 2 of the Blue Building. Call call 206-783-2244 or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment (no appointments from 3-3:45 p.m.)

Those donating blood should eat a good meal and drink two to three bottles of water the day of the drive. You’ll get juice and cookies afterward.

If you have questions regarding medical eligibility, contact the Puget Sound Blood Center at [email protected] or call 425-453-4510.

Puget Sound Blood Center serves more than 70 hospitals and medical centers in western Washington.

Greenwood Hardware wrote on our Facebook page that it has a limited supply of free compost bags for people who donate at the blood drive. Thanks, Greenwood Hardware!
