SWAT at 89th and Linden Wednesday night

We heard from several readers about a scary incident late Wednesday night which brought out the King County SWAT team.
According to neighbors, the SWAT team set off concussion grenades at a house on the corner of North 89th Street and Linden Avenue North. One neighbor wrote to tell us that the situation was “traumatic” for neighbors who witnessed it.
SeattleCrime.com reports that King County deputies were serving a drug warrant. They arrested one man after finding about 25 grams of heroin and a couple of grams of meth. Deputies also placed a 7-year-old boy living in the home with Child Protective Services.
