Noticed this Friday night:
It’s a formerly upright warning sign on the traffic island in the middle of the road where Phinney Avenue turns into Greenwood Avenue out front of Red Mill Burgers. The black stuff appears to be the skirt that goes under the bumper. Anyone see anything? Or are you missing part of your car after someone else borrowed it?
