Though summer has just begun, it’s never too early to think about year 42 of the Phinney Center’s Winter Festival & Crafts Fair this December 3rd and 4th. Artists and makers, it’s time to apply if you’d like to showcase your handcrafted goods at the festival. Vendor applications are due by Aug. 21 and there is a $25 jurying fee due at the time of entry. Makers will be notified if they have been accepted or not by Sept. 19.
