This Messiah Sing & Play along is a beloved annual participatory event that is being held Sunday evening at St. John United Lutheran Church.
The evening begins with a few carols to warm up the voices, and concludes with coffee and cookies. Seated directly behind the orchestra, singers are invited to join together in the arias (there are no soloists) as well as the choruses. Instrumentalists are known to leave their orchestra seats to sing their favorite arias with the rest of the vocal section. Instrumental music is provided.
Admission is Free, but please bring a generous donation of non-perishable food or cash for FamilyWorks Food Bank.
