The proposed apartment complex at 308 N. 90th Street has increased its number of units slightly while also decreasing its parking.

The 308 N. 90th St. project will be on the right side of this picture. Another apartment complex is being developed on the left side.

Since the first Early Design Guidance meeting in November, the four-story apartment building has gone from 26 to 28 small efficiency dwelling units, and parking has gone from 13 spots to 10 spots below grade.

Comments are now being accepted on environmental concerns about the project through April 6.
