The third annual Bite of PhinneyWood, which will feature 20 local restaurants serving a bite of their best food to all attendees, is near to selling out again. Both the inaugural 2022 Bite and the larger 2023 Bite sold out in the weeks leading into the event. This year’s Bite – on Sunday September 15th from 1-5pm – has expanded to 700 tickets, which are approaching the same sold-out status with 10 says to go until the event.
“We have a couple dozen VIP tickets remaining, and just over 100 total tickets overall remaining,” says Event Manager Jenny Marquette. “We just added our last three Bites – Sophon, Bar Sur Mer, and the Couth Buzzard – to the event, so we’re anticipating these last tickets will go pretty quickly!”
In addition to the 18 Bites of food from favorite PhinneyWood restaurants (and 1 pour of wine from Doe Bay Winery, if you are of age), this year’s Bite will include a Beer and Wine Garden that is integrated with the rest of the tastings rather than a separate space. Lucky Envelope will be the featured on-tap brewery, with appearances from Yonder Cider and Doe Bay as well.
