Mark your calendars for May 18, 2024, as the PNA invites you to its highly anticipated Garage Sale Day event from 9 am to 1 pm. Hosted in the PhinneyWood neighborhood, this community event promises a treasure trove of unique finds and delightful discoveries.
Explore numerous garage sales dotted across the PhinneyWood neighborhood, or head to the Flea Market located in the Phinney Center lower parking lot. To help navigate the myriad of sales, participants will have access to a user-friendly mobile map.
For those eager to join as sellers, registration is now open until May 11. Secure your spot as a seller for yard sales or reserve a space at the Flea Market within the Phinney Center parking lot. As an added bonus, sellers can pick up Farmers Market yard signs at the Flea Market (while supplies last) to attract more visitors to their sale.
Other highlights include:
- Free Recycle & Shred: Dispose of household batteries, fluorescent tubes, small electronics, small appliances, paper for shredding, Styrofoam, clothing, curtains, drapes, and small propane canisters. On-site paper shredding will be facilitated by a collection truck. Please note that once any one of the trucks is full, it will not be able to take any more recyclables.
- Tool Library Sale: Discover a wide array of tools at affordable prices during the Garage Sale Day. All proceeds from the Tool Library Sale support the community program, providing thousands of tools for rent at low prices. Take advantage of this opportunity to explore the Tool Library and kickstart your next DIY project.
