Young Child Academy is excited to announce that they are hosting a Preschool & PreK Open House on Saturday, March 2nd from 9:30-11:30 am at their Greenwood location, 9218 Greenwood Ave N. Come meet their teachers and staff for some music, art activities, foreign language fun and general tours of their facility.
Their program is open to children ages 5 months through 6 years old and is designed to provide children with a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. They currently have immediate openings in their Preschool 2 classroom (3-4 years) and PreK classroom (4-5 years).
Young Child Academy aims to promote learning by providing a developmentally appropriate program that balances play with structured learning opportunities. Involving students in dance, drama, music, and art has a positive impact on brain development and Young Child Academy offers many specialty classes for all age ranges and classrooms. They incorporate daily arts-based activities to cultivate student creativity, while developing an awareness and appreciation for the visual and performing arts. Daily foreign language and culture classes expose their students to new opportunities and skills at a time when they are most receptive.
