The market stats for our awesome PhinneyWood neighborhood have not changes much, despite some of the doom and gloom you hear in the media ā€“ and you can clearly see it in the PhinneyWoodHomes.com. Itā€™s true that market activity is significantly lower, but prices in our neighborhood, both for single family homes (SFH) and condos, are pretty much holding steady. And for good reason!

Remember that the fundamentals of real estate have not changed. Ultimately, what drives the market, are market supply and demand. The new, mostly temporary element that has been added in the past few months, is confusion about what to do when. Itā€™s not that sellers donā€™t want to sell, or buyers donā€™t want to buy ā€“ they very much do! Itā€™s just that they arenā€™t sure when would be the best time to do so, in light of a of uncertainty, inflation, interest rates, etc.

But I see it again and again ā€“ when a good home comes on the market, and is priced fairly and properly marketed, it sells very quickly and for a good price. This is particularly true for our neighborhood, where all the great amenities that we offer create even stronger demand.

Considering selling your PhinneyWood home, or buying one in our neighborhood? Find out what insider tricks and strategies will help you maximize your results. For a no-obligation consultation, call Doron at 206-779-9808.Ā Ā
