Eater Magazine names The Chicken Supply as one of the best fried chicken restaurants in America

In spite of being open less than a year, Phinneywood’s own The Chicken Supply has been named one of the best fried chicken restaurants in the country by Eater Magazine. Here’s what they had to say:

Raised among the food cultures of the Philippines and the Pacific Northwest, chef Paolo Campbell wanted to open a Filipino fried chicken restaurant for years while working in Seattle fine dining. That dream became reality at the Chicken Supply. Gluten-free, soy-marinated wings, drumsticks, thighs, and 10-inch cylinders of breast meat on sticks pop with the puffy, crisp texture of Rice Krispies. Alongside, Campbell serves twists on family recipes, like soy-marinated vegetables or cold pancit with seared cabbage and pickled celery.

Located in the former Opus Co. space at 7410 Greenwood Ave N, The Chicken Supply is open Wednesday-Sunday from 4pm until they are “sold out” – something that happens quite rapidly. If you haven’t checked them out yet, plan ahead and be astounded!
