Description: Our rustic Saison is made with wheat and rye adjunct and fermented without temperature control using our favorite Belgian yeast strain. Flavor profile includes notes of black pepper and ripe pineapple skin.

Description: Our latest Juicy IPA features heavy whirlpool, dip, and dry hop additions of Galaxy. Originating in Australia, Galaxy hops and are loved by many for their high oil content and layered flavors of tropical passionfruit, citrus peel, and black currant.
Beer: Schwarzbier Black Pilsner (5.0% ABV)

Description: Lucky Envelope’s Schwarzbier is delightfully simple yet complex, drinking like a crisp clean pilsner with notes of smooth dark chocolate and balanced with a floral noble hop bitterness.
Beer: Hazelnut Vanilla Cream Stout (6.0% ABV)

Description: Real hazelnuts and vanilla boost the lightly roasty, cocoa, and coffee-like flavors of our cream stout. Lactose and flaked oats add a smooth creaminess to balance out bold dark malts creating a slightly sweet, toasted hazelnut latte character.

Description: Considered one of the original citrus species and often called “Chinese grapefruit”, pomelos have an herbal flavor reminiscent of a mix of limes and modern grapefruit. Pomelo zest and juice is blended into our full-bodied Juicy IPA.

Description: Featuring single origin Vietnamese coffee from Seattle’s Coffeeholic House, this beer leans into the dark chocolate, roasty boldness of the Black Pilsner’s dark malts. The Explorer Blend coffee lends deep nutty and black pepper flavors, a signature of Coffeeholic House’s unique coffee drinks.
