Help a neighbor through Winter Wishes

Let’s spread joy this holiday season! The Phinney Neighborhood Association is proud to once again host the annual holiday virtual gift tag program, Winter Wishes (formerly the Giving Tree). Many of our partners are still distributing toys, clothing, and other requested items to the kids and families they serve and we’re excited to be able to help more than 400 people in need receive a little comfort and joy this holiday season.

Gifts should be delivered, or shipped directly to our partner programs.

  • Eagle Staff Middle School [Eagle Staff Middle School tags]
    Robert Eagle Staff is a public Middle School in North Seattle serving a wide variety of students in the Seattle School District.
    Gifts must be received by Friday, December 10, 2021.
  • Licton Springs K-8 [Licton Springs K-8 tags]
    Licton Springs K-8 is a public school serving a wide variety of students in the Seattle School District.
    Gifts must be received by Friday, December 10, 2021.
  • Whitman Middle School [Whitman Middle School tags]
    Whitman Middle School is a public Middle School in North Seattle serving a wide variety of students in the Seattle School District.
    Gifts must be received by Friday, December 10, 2021.
  • Broadview Emergency Shelter ***all requests fulfilled!***
    Broadview is a safe haven at a secure location for mothers and kids experiencing homelessness.
    Gifts must be received by Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
  • Cate Apartments [Cate Apartment tags]
    The Cate Apartments are located in Greenwood and serves low-income and working families and individuals experiencing homelessness.
    Gifts must be received by Monday, December 20, 2021.
  • Dorothy Day House [Dorothy Day House tags]
    The Dorothy Day House is a residence for women, many of whom are disabled, experiencing homelessness.
    Gifts must be received by Thursday, December 23, 2021.
  • FamilyWorks [FamilyWorks tags]
    The FamilyWorks Resource Center is a warm and inviting place where families and individuals are welcomed and encouraged to participate in programs designed to support and enhance a nurturing and vibrant community.
    Gifts must be received by Monday, December 20, 2021.
  • Lakeview Apartments [Lakeview Apartment tags]
    The Lakeview serves low-income and working families and individuals experiencing homelessness.
    Gifts must be received by Friday, December 17, 2021.
  • Greenwood Senior Center [Greenwood Senior Center tags]
    The Greenwood Senior Center is an inclusive community that provides social, physical, and educational activities focused around the needs of older adults. We work to fight isolation, build camaraderie, and enrich each other’s lives.
    Gifts preferred by Thursday, December 23, 2021.
  • PNA’s Hot Meal Program [Hot Meal Program tags]
    We nourish our community with free hot meals in a welcoming setting three times a week. We serve over 20,000 meals a year.

By signing up, you’re committing to purchasing and either delivering or sending the item requested.  You will get a confirmation email with the due date and the delivery address (gifts for our partner organizations should be delivered directly to them).  Thank you for understanding once you’ve signed up for a specific tag, no one else is able to “take” that tag.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re no longer able to fulfill the tag’s request.
