February is here and King County has moved into Phase 2, which means restaurants can open for dine-in with limited capacity. But, we’re not opening for dine-in just yet. We’re open for delivery and pick-up only. We need a bit more time to become comfortable.

But that doesn’t mean we don’t need your support. We couldn’t have made it 11 months without you. For now, please order-in for a special Valentine’s celebration at your place! We know the good days are coming and we shall soon ring the opa bell again.

Bluebird Ice Cream has a special limited Valentines Day flavor, dreamed up by one of the gals that works for us. Calling it “Galentines.” It’s dark chocolate ice cream with a purée of red-wine-soaked-raspberries ribboned throughout. The raspberries soaked for a week in preparation.On theme, we also have a hot raspberry purée that you can top any scoop with.We’ll be open in pop-up configuration this weekend for Valentine’s Day until 8pm Fri-Sun. We are also doing Home Delivery to the neighborhood on Friday afternoon, with kits of this stuff.
