Historic Francine Seders Gallery space available for rent

by | Oct 18, 2020

Francine Seders was a major influence in the Northwest art scene, representing some of the region’s premier artists including painters Mark Tobey and Jacob Lawrence. She kept a low-key gallery where students, and artists, and serious art collectors were always welcome in Phinney Ridge at 6701 Greenwood Avenue N from 1970 to 2013.

In the subsequent years, the highly-visible storefront has hosted a number of business, including most recently Greenfab and the Roots & Wings Foundation (which moved to 7107 Greenwood Ave N just a few weeks ago).

The 1400sf corner space across the street from Red Mill and The Phinney Center is looking for tier next tenant and would be ideal for showcase retail, office, or gallery space. You can read more about the space and how to contact the owner here.
