You already know the Answer Man postponed 2020’s Dual Gumshoe Finale to 2021 and promised to post an old but updated walk to DoTheGumshoe.org for folks to print and do for free this August. Well, sciatica, untreated due to coronavirus quarantining, was jeopardizing that plan until … drum roll … the Answer Man got an ebike!
Though the Answer Man can’t pound the pavement, he can pedal it, and that has inspired him to tweak not one but THREE oldies but goodies for this summer. The 2011 Gumshoe is now up on the website for free printing and neighborhood walking to take advantage of this great weather. Please carry and don a safety mask and maintain good social distancing when in the proximity of others along the route.
The 2012 walk will be available on July 1, and the 2013 walk August 1. Clues for all three walks will be significantly changed to keep things interesting–and to foil anyone with perfect recall.
While out pedaling and updating, the Answer Man will be wearing an appropriate disguise. Keep safe and away!
