Power of kindness video contest for middle and high school students opens

by | Feb 9, 2020

As a part of the new KinderReminder project – from the brains behind our beloved Gumshoe 5K – entries are now being accepted for a Power of Kindness (POK) video. Eligible for Seattle middle or high school student, the idea is to create a short video—three minutes or less—showing the power of kindness.

Videos will be evaluated based on the kindness they inspire in the friends, neighbors and business owners. Members of this group will vote for their three most inspiring videos and the top three vote getters will each win an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, worth $600.

To enter, directors must:

  • Be a Seattle middle or high school student
  • Post your video to YouTube
  • Email your YouTube link, name, age, school and contact phone number to [email protected].
  • Do all this before May 1, 2020, and you’re entered!

Winners will be announced June 7, 2020, and links to the winning videos with winners’ names, ages and schools will be posted to this page to inspire 2021 contest entrants.
