Thinking of creating a backyard cottage? Wondering about the A/DADU land-use code changes that passed recently and would you like to find out more?

Check out this class on the why, what, where and how of building a DADU (detached accessory dwelling unit) taught by Sheri Newbold of live-work-play.

The presenters will be able to look at a few of your examples as time permits. Bring your address, property dimensions and if possible, your sewer card. City of Seattle sewer cards are available here.
