Join us for an all-ages event to celebrate and say farewell to outgoing Phinney Neighborhood Association Executive Director Lee Harper. Lee was only the second ED in the PNA’s 39-year history, and this is the opportunity for the community to say thank you for ten years of leadership and service to our neighborhood. Also, you can meet the new Executive Director, Dar’Nesha Weary.
