There will be a Design Review Early Guidance meeting on Monday for a proposed 5-story, 81-unit apartment building with retail and parking for 8 vehicles. Three craftsmen houses (7903, 7907 and 7911 Greeenwood Ave N) will be demolished. The community is encouraged to attend.
