Early Design Guidance meeting July 30 for proposed housing development at 10512 Greenwood Ave. N. and adjacent site of Jensen’s Smokehouse

Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections is holding an Early Design Guidance meeting for a proposed housing development at 10512 Greenwood Ave. N., including the adjacent long-time site of Jensen’s Smokehouse.
The proposal is for a four-story building with five row-house units and 15 townhouse units, plus parking for 20 vehicles. The existing buildings will be demolished. The design proposal is not yet available online.
The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 30, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Ballard Room. You can comment on site planning and design issues through July 27 by email to [email protected]. Be sure and reference project # 3032190-EG.
