Seems to be a little quiet in the neighborhood this weekend as Seattle Public Schools students begin their summer break. Here’s what’s happening; check our Events calendar any time for more.

Phinney Farmers Market from 3:30-7:30 p.m. Friday in the upper parking lot of the Phinney Neighborhood Association, 6532 Phinney Ave. N. Fresh veggies, fruit, bread, cider, wine, beer, fruit, meat, ice cream, popsicles, and plenty of dining options.

It’s closing weekend for “Lady Windermere’s Fan” at Taproot Theatre, 204 N. 85th St.

Northwest Girlchoir is hosting a free concert from 7-8 p.m. Saturday at Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church, 7500 Greenwood Ave. N. It’s a joint concert, featuring the Vivace and Amore choirs, as well as Australia’s Hillcrest College Choir. Cookie reception to follow. All are welcome.
