UW recruiting people age 60+ for program on treating depression

by | May 24, 2018

The University of Washington is recruiting people age 60 and over who are experiencing symptoms of depression.

We have developed a program for seniors who are depressed. This program is based on research showing that increasing participation in pleasurable and rewarding activities can lead to improvement in depression symptoms.

The 12-week program will take place at the Greenwood Senior Center, 525 N. 85th St. Eligible participants will be paid $90 over those 12 weeks.
