The Daily Journal of Commerce reported this afternoon that the building at 7405 Greenwood Ave. N., currently housing Phinney Books and R & R Studio, sold for $2.2 million last month.
No development plans have been filed.
Tom Nissley, owner of Phinney Books, tells me he hasn’t met the new owners and hasn’t heard any talk about redevelopment. He says he has two years left on his lease.
