The PNA Village is hosting a special spring yard clean-up day on May 16 and needs volunteers to help weed, trim, plant, etc. at homes of elderly neighbors.
Meet at the Greenwood Senior Center, 525 N. 85th St. Small teams will work from 3-5 p.m., then head to happy hour at nearby Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery at 8570 Greenwood Ave. N. (kid and dog friendly).
This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and participate in the PNA Village’s mission to build community around our elders. No gardening experience is necessary. Please bring gardening gloves if you have them. Families are encouraged to participate together!
