Crosscut article tackles city’s new parking regulations from a Phinney-Greenwood angle

by | Apr 24, 2018

Crosscut today published an article about the city’s new parking regulations — which don’t require housing developers to provide any parking if the project is near “frequent transit” — and it focused exclusively on residents and businesses in Greenwood and Phinney Ridge.

In the article, Scott Nolte, Producing Artistic Director of Taproot Theatre, and Alice Poggi, president of the Phinney Ridge Community Council, both argue that the transit system is not good enough to get all people out of their cars.

We’d love to hear your thoughts.
