Design Review Board Recommendation Meeting for proposed apartment building at 87th and Palatine is March 19

by | Mar 1, 2018

The Northwest Design Review Board will give its recommendation on design and site planning for the apartment building proposed for the corner of Palatine Avenue North and North 87th Street at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 19, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset Room.
The proposal is for a six-story, 48-unit building with ground floor retail and no parking. Existing structures will be demolished.
You can email comments on design and site planning issues to [email protected] through March 16.
The current proposal is slightly different than last year’s initial proposal, which called for 52 units of studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedrooms. You can see that design proposal here.
The current, updated proposal is not yet online, but will be available here before the meeting.
