Woodland Park’s Off-Leash Dog Area is getting some improvements next month, when work crews will install a small- and shy-dog area.
Work will start the week of Feb. 12 and last about two weeks. The Off-Leash Area will be closed during construction.
Funding is coming from the Seattle Park District’s Maintaining Parks and Facilities funding initiative, which provides $100,000 annually until 2020 to improve existing off-leash areas.
