by | Dec 12, 2017

Here’s a look at the preferred design for the new Aegis Senior Communities development planned for the triangle of land between Holman Road NW, NW 100th Street and 3rd and 4th avenues NW, where Childish Things, Mr. and Mrs. Wok, Greenwood Goodwill Donation Station, Clint’s Car and Truck Repair and Beehive Espresso bikini barista currently stand.

The five-story building will have 96 assisted living units, 1,003 square feet of retail at ground level and parking for 49 vehicles below grade. The first Early Design Guidance Review meeting was Dec. 4.

Here’s the landscaping plan, which includes an open courtyard with gazebo, water feature, memory care garden, lawn and seating.
