Join neighbors at a solar eclipse party at Greenwood Park from 9-11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21.
While Seattle is not in the path of totality, it should still be a great view of a partial eclipse. Be sure and bring your viewing devices, and snacks to share if you want. The eclipse is predicted to begin shortly after 9 a.m., with its peak around 10:20 a.m.
