World Affairs Council of Seattle looking for host families for international visitors this summer

The World Affairs Council of SeattleĀ is looking for host families for international high school students in its youth leadership development programs this summer.

The Council needs host families for students from Mexico July 18-30 and from Iraq Aug. 13-27.

Participants are juniors or seniors in high school and speak English. They will participate in Council programs during weekdays, with evenings and weekends open to explore Seattle and spend time with host families. They will be provided with bus passes, cell phones and lunch on weekdays.

Host families are asked to provide a private room and most meals. Host families can host two guests in one room, but they must have separate beds.
