Phinney Ridge Community Council’s May meeting will focus on ‘What do you want for Phinney?’

The Phinney Ridge Community Council’s annual meeting and election is at 7 p.m. on May 2 at the Phinney Neighborhood Association, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.

The focus this year is asking neighbors “What do you want for Phinney?” Residents are encouraged to share their top priorities for the neighborhood and the PRCC board.

Also, if you’re interested in a seat on the PRCC board, you can self nominate (or nominate others) by emailing [email protected].

Board Members are asked to:

  • Participate at open meetings the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. and participate in communications throughout the month
  • Help make neighborhood connections, study & recommend action on issues affecting the neighborhood including land use, zoning, transportation, public safety, budget priorities, parks and public spaces.
  • Live, work or own property or a business between Aurora Ave North & 8th Ave. NW and North 46th St. & North 75th St.
  • Phinney Ridge Community Council is comprised of 15 Board members. Meetings are open to all.
